May: 4 registered sex offenders living in ZIP Code 55021

There was one less registered sex offender living in ZIP Code 55021 in May compared to the month before, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

As of May, four sex offenders were living in the area.

Becker accessed the victims by approaching them in public, coercing one to accompany him to another location, and arranging to meet the other the next day. Becker used force and took advantage of one victim's developmental disability to gain control.
Osman Abdirahman AhmedCriminal sexual conduct in the fourth degreeOsman Ahmed engaged in sexual contact against an unknown adult female. Contact included touch. Ahmed gained access by approaching her in public and following her. Additionally, Ahmed has a history of indecent exposure.
