May: 5 registered sex offenders living in ZIP Code 55430

There was no change in the number of registered sex offenders living in ZIP Code 55430 in May compared to the month before, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

As of May, five sex offenders were living in the area.

According to the USPS, Minneapolis is the primary area with addresses in ZIP Code 55430.

The Registry shows one of these sex offenders is a sexual predator.

Lavelle Rossell BibleCriminal sexual conduct in the third degree, criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree Lavelle Bible engaged in sexual contact against a known female teen and adult. Contact included touch and penetration. Bible used his established relationship of trust to gain and exploit unmonitored access. He took advantage of each victim's vulnerable state to gain control.
Leonard Roy MilesCriminal sexual conduct in the first degree (3 counts) In 2008, Leonard Miles engaged in sexual contact against three unknown adult females on separate occasions. Contacts included penetration. Miles accessed each of the victims as they were in public. He would approach and engage them in conversation. Once in proximity, Miles would threaten the victims with significant bodily harm as he forced them into nearby isolated locations. He continued the threats of severe harm in order to maintain control.
Meryl Calvin CooperPredatory offense, Non-MN Statute, criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree, criminal sexual conduct in the third degreeMeryl Cooper engaged in two separate incidents of sexual contact against unknown adult females. Each incident included penetration. Cooper gained access to the first victim by entering her residence without permission. He used force in order to maintain control. He accessed the second victim while they occupied a homeless encampment. Cooper exploited the victims impaired state to maintain control.
Timothy James CavierCriminal sexual conduct in the third degreeIn 2000 and 2009, Timothy Cavier engaged in separate incidents of sexual contact against a known teenaged female and a known teenaged male. Contacts included penetration. With each incident Cavier established and used a relationship of trust to attain and exploit unmonitored access with the victims. He used attention and affection along with manipulation and coercion in his efforts to maintain control.
