Bristol-Plymouth Vocational Technical School: How many students met or exceeded ELA MCAS expectations in 2023-24 school year?

Of the 340 students of Bristol-Plymouth Vocational Technical School who took part in the ELA portion of the MCAS in the 2023-24 school year, 159 met the testing standard (46.8%), while 37 exceeded expectations (10.9%), according to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

The students' overall success rate in the subject dropped by 4.9% in the 2023-24 school year from the previous school year.

Bristol-Plymouth Regional Vocational Technical School District, which Bristol-Plymouth Vocational Technical School is part of, reached an average proficiency rate of 57.6% in ELA during the 2023-24 school year.
