George R. Austin Intermediate School: How many students met or exceeded ELA MCAS expectations in 2023-24 school year?

Of the 451 students of George R. Austin Intermediate School who took part in the ELA portion of the MCAS in the 2023-24 school year, 179 met the testing standard (39.7%), while 10 exceeded expectations (2.2%), according to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

The students' overall success rate in the subject dropped by 5.5% in the 2023-24 school year from the previous school year.
