Did Craneville School students succeed or flounder in their 2023-24 science tests?

Of the 68 students of Craneville School who took part in the science portion of the MCAS in the 2023-24 school year, 28 met the testing standard (41.2%), while four exceeded expectations (5.9%), according to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

The students' overall success rate in the subject dropped by 5.5% in the 2023-24 school year from the previous school year.

Central Berkshire Regional School District, which Craneville School is part of, reached an average proficiency rate of 45.4% in science during the 2023-24 school year.
