Test Expectations: How many students met or exceeded math MCAS expectations in Jonas Clarke Middle School in 2023-24 school year?

Of the 785 students of Jonas Clarke Middle School who took part in the math portion of the MCAS in the 2023-24 school year, 317 met the testing standard (40.4%), while 318 exceeded expectations (40.5%), according to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

The students' overall success rate in the subject dropped by 0.4% in the 2023-24 school year from the previous school year.

Lexington Public Schools District, which Jonas Clarke Middle School is part of, reached an average proficiency rate of 80.5% in math during the 2023-24 school year.
