Arlington Preparatory Academy Education: 2 Hispanic students were enrolled in 2021-22 school year

There were two Hispanic students enrolled in Arlington Preparatory Academy in the 2021-22 school year, 100% more than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that Arlington Preparatory Academy welcomed 85 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 2.4% of the student body to be the third most represented ethnicity in the school.

The school is located in East Baton Rouge Parish School District with a central office in Baton Rouge.

Among the 94 schools in East Baton Rouge Parish School District, Idea Innovation recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 309 students.

The majority of Louisiana students were identified as white and Black, representing 48% and 37% of the state student body respectively during the 2021–22 academic year. Hispanic students made up 8.6% of the student body, and other ethnic minorities made up 5.6%.
