On December 31st, Lee's Summit native Xavier Rhodes played 22 minutes for the Northern Kentucky Norse men's basketball team in a win at Indianapolis, Indiana against the IUPUI Jaguars.

The guard scored 9 points on 4 of 8 shooting, grabbed 3 rebounds, had 3 assists and 1 steal.

In the Norse’s previous game, he scored 6 points in a win against the Wright State Raiders.

The Norse are 20-12 this season so far, while the Jaguars are 5-25.

The Norse’s next game is against the Oakland Golden Grizzlies in Highland Heights, Kentucky where the Norse lost their last game.
